The Southeast Ontario Soccer Association (SOSA) has a Match Officials Development Committee (MODC) that is intended to advise and support the SOSA Board of Directors on the improvement of referees across all levels of the Southeast Ontario soccer community.
The MODC will review all complaints about match officials received by the District. These complaints must be submitted on the appropriate form.
