The IFAB Laws of the Game are the primary resource for the game of soccer.

FIFA has produced a list of considerations (updated Sep 2017) to be used by referees to help making decisions during play.

The IFAB Laws of the Game may differ from local district/youth club tournament rules.

Small-Sided Soccer

In Ontario, Ontario Soccer has produced guidelines for small sided soccer (7v7 and 9v9):
