The Boys and Girls Club (BGC), active for 20 years in Kingston and serving over 5000 members,
embeds its key themes Leadership, Teamwork, Learning for Life, Healthy Choices, and Service
to Club and Community into all of its activities. Serving over 2,000 members, the Kingston
Clippers Soccer Club (KCSC) is a non-profit organization whose vision is to provide programs of
the highest standard, to develop players, provide the community with access to quality soccer
programs and experienced coaching in a fun learning environment.
In order to build on their commitment to developing and delivering professional programming,
the two partner organizations are currently seeking to hire a Development Head Coach. The
successful candidate will work for both partner organizations, reporting to the Manager of the
West End BGC of Kingston and the KCSC General Manager.
